1. Intended use

This product is a modular KARC hockey training floor designed primarily for off-ice hockey training, including shooting, puck handling, passing and related dryland training exercises.

It may be used in home training areas, clubs, teams, training camps, training facilities, showroom or demo environments and suitable outdoor training areas.

2. Panel size and layout flexibility

Each panel is approximately 95 cm × 49.3 cm × 1 cm.

• 1 panel is treated as approximately 0.5 m² for planning and ordering.
• 2 panels are treated as approximately 1 m² for planning and ordering.

The panels can be connected along either the long side or the short side. This allows compact training zones, wider shooting areas or longer stickhandling lanes depending on the available space.

3. Installation

Install the panels on a clean, stable and reasonably flat surface. Remove stones, sharp debris, dirt or other objects that may damage the underside of the panels or make the training area unstable.

If needed, use a rubber mallet and a soft protective layer such as cloth or cardboard to tap the connection gently into place. Do not force misaligned panels together and do not strike the panel surface directly with a hard tool.

Before use, check that the connected area is flat, stable and properly aligned.

4. Normal use and use limits

Normal intended use includes shooting practice, puck handling, stickhandling, passing drills, supervised training use, showroom or demo testing and reasonable outdoor training use.

Outdoor use is allowed when the product is placed on a suitable, clean, stable and reasonably flat surface. Ordinary daylight exposure during training is not, by itself, treated as misuse.

Avoid sharp objects, metal edges, studded footwear, vehicles, heavy equipment, excessive point loads, open flame, heaters, harsh chemicals, solvents, long-term standing water, flooding, cutting, drilling or unauthorised modification.

This KARC product is designed primarily for shooting, puck handling and off-ice hockey training. Skating or slide-intensive use may cause faster surface wear than ordinary puck-work training.

The product is not a safety mat, playground safety surface, structural floor, industrial floor or vehicle floor.

5. Cleaning and storage

For regular cleaning, remove loose dirt, dust and puck debris. Wipe or wash with water and mild cleaning methods. Use a soft brush or cloth if needed.

• Lift or carry the panels instead of dragging them over sharp surfaces.
• Store them flat where practical.
• Keep them away from open flame, heaters, harsh chemicals and solvents.
• Avoid very heavy point loads during storage.

Ordinary puck marks, stick marks, shoe marks, small scratches and surface scuffs may occur during normal use.

6. If you notice a problem

If you notice cracking, abnormal powdering, unusual deformation, connection failure, transport damage or another product issue:

• stop using the affected area if it may be unsafe;
• take clear photos and, where useful, a short video;
• keep the affected panel or panels for inspection; and
• contact the seller or support contact shown in your order confirmation.

Please include your order or invoice number, delivery date, the number of affected panels and a short description of the use environment where possible.
